10 Day Detox Program

Start the Dragon Year off with a 10 Day Detox Program, instructed by Michelle Ricaille and an Introduction to Meditation by Sonja Djokich. This program runs from 7 to 17 March 2012 and all classes will be held in the evenings and weekends at Pan Pacific Singapore. This package includes a 50min full body massage (refer to terms and conditions) provided by St. Gregory and refreshments of food and smoothies specially made from organic and natural ingredients are served courtesy of Brunch.

This detox program is a comprehensive program that includes not only detoxing through juicing and specific foods, but also detoxing through yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, massage, how to cleanse your colon, gallbladder, liver, kidneys, skin, mind and energy. One will gain a wealth of information on how to read nutrition labels, understand what is healthy and what is not, understanding chemicals and how they affect our bodies and the environment. You will learn how to make your own fruit enzyme drink, sprout beans, all about super foods, how to neutralize your pH level and much more.

Day 1, 2, 3  (Wed.7th - Fri.9th March 2012)
Class Time:  19:00-21:30
Location: Recreation Hall, Level 4
Schedule: 45min Lecture, 70min Yoga Class, 10min Pranayama and 30min Guided Meditation with lecture on the importance of detoxing the mind.  *Note: Please bring along your own yoga mat.

Day 4 (Sat.10th March 2012)
Class Time: 9:30am-12:30pm
Location: Recreation Hall, Level 4
Schedule: 30min Cooking Demo, 30min Lecture, 90min Yoga Class, 10min Pranayama, 20min Guided Meditation

Day 5 (Sun.11th March 2012)
Master Cleanse to be done at home

Day 6-10 (Mon.12th - Fri.16th March 2012)
Class Time: 19:00-21:30
Location: Recreation Hall, Level 4
Schedule: 45min Lecture, 70min Yoga Class, 10min Pranayama and 30min Guided Meditation with lecture on the importance of detoxing the mind.

Final Day (Sat.17th March 2012)
Class Time: 10:00am-12:30pm
Location: Recreation Hall, Level 4
Schedule: Q&A, Yoga Class, Pranayama, Meditation, Closing
