Nguyen Thanh Chau - Senior Process Consultant
• Has over 15 years of working experience in Information Technology industry, specializing in process improvement, project management, security management system and as a trainer, consultant and in management positions.
• Consulted and participated as Appraisal Team member (ATM) for over 10 CMM/ CMMI based assessments/appraisals.
• Has worked extensively on the Organization Process Study, Process Identification, Process Definition, Process Implementation, Reviews, Internal Auditing, Training, Metrics Planning and Analysis for Quality Models like ISO 9001:2000, SEI Software CMM, SEI People CMM, SEI CMMI, and COPC.
• Trained and certified over 100 professionals on ISO 27001, CMMI and Software Engineering Concepts, in Vietnam.
