Experts in the field of human behavior have proved that effective communication takes place when individuals understand and empathize with another's needs, communication styles and preferences. There is a process called I Speak Your Language that can help to dramatically improve communication awareness, practices and overall effectiveness.

Everyone has four styles available to them, but most people tend to emphasize one style more than the other three. Familiarity with these styles allows individuals to recognize their own and other people's styles and will give them a quick sense of how to communicate with others effectively
