This course is geared towards the yoga teachers who wanted to teach Gentle yoga for people with limited flexibility and at the same time is geared towards the students who need modified postures themselves.

 

Yoga is a complete system of retuning body, mind, and spirit.  The media only pictures young and fit bodies for yoga, but yoga is for all body types and physical fitness levels.  The full benefits of yoga can be experienced using gentle and modified postures along with relaxation and proper breathing and concentration.
