ITIL v3 Foundation - ECCI Vietnam - Establishing solid foundation for IT

The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®)  serves as the worldwide de facto standard for the delivery of high quality IT services. Trainer profile :
Kamesh Ganeson is the Senior Country Manager of ECC International Malaysia. He garnered almost two decades of experience in the automotive industry before becoming a full-time consultant. Kamesh’s experience ranges from working in the manufacturing industry to helping a number of multinational IT / ITES companies including IBM Daksh, Accenture, Petronas, Fujitsu, Convergys, Toshiba and Robert Bosch implement various management systems and best practices – across organizational functions.

He held senior management responsibilities in quality management at Robert Bosch SEA, General Motors, and Kelseat Corporation Sdn. Bhd. He was an active member of the GM Quality Excellence Program, General Motor’s in-house precursor system to the Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma Implementation. He was also a lead auditor for the QS9000 quality system, the precursor quality standard to the TS16949 quality system, during his stint in the automotive industry. Six Sigma Black Belt qualification added to his qualification and credence as an oeprations excellence professional.
